1. MYSPEED SERVER PROFESSIONAL and NOC EDITION v5.3b - This latest update
adds an option to configure the bandwidth test to invoke HTTP or socket-to-socket
when conducting a bandwidth speed test. While socket testing provides the
'fastest' measure for a specific connection, HTTP testing is often valuable
to get a true picture of web server performance from the end-user perspective.
You can configure the download and upload test options independently if
required, providing more flexibility for bandwidth analysis and performance
testing. For example, this allows better assessment for sites that want to
measure HTTP downloading performance in comparison to FTP.
