Henry C. Harris - President, CEO and Founder

Mr. Harris has served as President and CEO since its incorporation in January 2001. Prior to founding Visualware, Mr. Harris held several senior management positions including President of Datametrics Systems Corporation (a performance management software company), COO of Fortel (a performance management software company), Senior Vice President Strategic Planning and Alliances, Senior Vice President Business Development and CFO of Zitel (primarily in the memory systems and sub-system business).

Julian C. C. Palmer - Chief Marketing Officer and Founder

Mr. Palmer has served as CMO since its incorporation in January 2001. Prior to that time Mr. Palmer served as CTO of Fortel Inc., leading engineering teams responsible for new product development and introducing new performance management technologies. As CTO of Datametrics Systems Corporation, Mr. Palmer was responsible for forming several strategic partnerships with market leaders such as Digital Equipment, Veritas, Siemens, Sequent, Stratus and others, while leading engineering efforts for the company. Mr. Palmer was previously founder, Managing Director, and Director of Technology and Marketing for Palmer & Webb Systems Ltd, a company he founded to develop and market mainframe software products in the European market.

Julie Lancaster - Director of Marketing

Prior to joining Visualware, Ms. Lancaster was responsible for building the Web business including all operations and marketing of Visualware's core products. While with Fortel, Ms. Lancaster was also the Territory Director of Latin America for corporate sales of mainframe performance software, managed large account sales, and developed and managed sales channels in several countries worldwide.
